Welcome to Uncle Chin's Kitchen, a family-run restaurant where we offer authenticity of Malaysian/Singaporean comfort foods (home meal) and hospitality to all our guests.

1. We are excited to announce that we will be adding Malaysian Beef Rendang to our menu starting Friday, Nov 29. Due to limited team resources we will be offering the Beef Rendang on Friday only.
2. Our team would like to give thanks to Yelp (Jando Shum) for organizing a Yelp Elite Event at our store on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Thirty "Gold & Black" Badge elites were invited to the dinner. The following 8 course meal was served to all our special guests and everyone had a great time that night.

"The Yelp Elite Event at Uncle Chin's in Katy, TX, celebrated Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month as part of the HAPI (Houston Asian Pacific Islander) promotion. Yelp Elites enjoyed an intimate tasting of delicious Malaysian dishes, including beef rendang and Hainanese chicken, along with a variety of surprise menu items. The evening was made even more special with Uncle Chin himself serenading the crowd with surprise ballads, adding a personal and memorable touch to the culinary experience."

5. We are now offering our homemade Curry Chicken Puffs and Kaya (Homemade Coconut Jam) Puffs where you can pre-order them and bake at home. Just follow the 3 simple steps below and you'll be able to enjoy the warmest and flakiest puffs at your own home:
Step 1
Thaw the puffs to room temperature.
Step 2
Pre-heat toasting oven to 375F. Beat an egg and brush on the puffs
Step 3
Bake the puffs for 20-23 mins (depending on the power of your oven)

Weekday Lunch Special from Monday to Friday from 11am to 2pm. All lunch special items include side vegetable and 1 drink (Soda, Ice Tea or Bottled Water). No substitution.

Chicken is stewed with curry spices, coconut milk, lemongrass, potato and egg. Served with white rice.
L3. Malaysian Mee Goreng (Stir-fry Noodles) $10.99
Stir-fried noodles with onion, egg, bean sprout and a choice of chicken or tofu.
L4. Sweet & Sour Chicken $10.99
Marinated, fried and topped with homemade sweet & sour sauce, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber
and pineapple. Served with white rice.
